MEDAL/RIBBON MOUNTING SERVICES

Print out the file above and complete the form. Be sure to list ALL medals/ribbons needed along with all attachments corresponding to the specified medals. ( The left side of the form should itemize all the medals/ribbons needed for your complete mount.
If you are doing more than 1 order (ie 1 medal order and 1 ribbon order) you will need to complete a new form for each mount.
Mail all medals/ribbons needed to complete the order along with the order form to:

Please note: We redrape all of your existing (used) medals with fresh fabric. We also supply all mounting bars and attachments.
(We do not redrape ribbons so new ribbons must be supplied or purchased from Global Product Sales.)
Upon receipt of your order and all needed medals/ribbons, we will send you an email with your invoice attached. You will need to review the invoice to make sure the mounting information listed is correct.
If approved, there is a link at the bottom of the email that will allow you to pay the the mounting(s).
If the invoice needs to be corrected, DO NOT PAY YET. Please email instructions as to the changes needed and we will correct and send another invoice to be approved.
Upon notification of the payment, we will process your order and return completed order to you via USPS Priority Mail.
Turnaround time is 1 week from receipt of approved payment. If you need it rushed, add the rush charge to your price calculation at the bottom right side of the order form.
